5. Booking Confirmation

The customer is responsible for providing accurate information regarding event dates, types, guest counts, timings, and service requirements. Customers should review the booking confirmation carefully; changes after confirmation are subject to availability and additional charges.

6. Advance Payment and Balance Payment

The advance payment amount and schedule will be communicated in the quotation or agreement. The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed schedule. Failure to pay within the timeframe may result in cancellation or modification of the booking.

7. Cancellation and Postponement

Terms vary by event and package. Specific written terms provided in the quotation or invoice will apply. If no separate terms are agreed, Balaji Farms will determine terms based on circumstances and costs incurred. Early notification of changes is encouraged.

8. Event Timing

Customers must follow timings in the booking confirmation. Additional charges apply for exceeding durations, early access, or late venue release. Events must comply with local regulations and venue rules.

9. Guest Conduct and Venue Rules

Responsible and respectful behavior is expected. Illegal activities, violence, property damage, unauthorized access to restricted areas, and dangerous activities are strictly prohibited. Balaji Farms may remove disruptive individuals from the premises.

10. Alcohol, Firearms, Fireworks and Dangerous Items

Unless specifically permitted in writing and legally allowed, the use of alcohol, firearms, fireworks, explosives, or hazardous materials is prohibited. Customers are responsible for guest and vendor compliance.

11. Music and Event Restrictions

Events must comply with local authority noise restrictions, police regulations, and venue timings. Balaji Farms may require entertainment to be modified or stopped if required by law or safety considerations.

12. Decoration and Third-Party Vendors

External vendors must obtain prior approval. They must comply with venue safety rules, timings, access restrictions, and instructions from management. Activities damaging the venue or creating safety risks may be restricted.

13. Damage to Property

Customers are held responsible for damage caused by themselves, guests, or vendors to buildings, furniture, equipment, landscaping, or the swimming pool. Repair or replacement costs may be recovered from the customer.

14. Catering and Food Services

Catering is based on the agreed package. Changes to guest counts or menus may incur charges. Customers must inform us of allergies or dietary restrictions; while care is taken, risks of cross-contact exist.

15. Accommodation

Room availability, timings, and occupancy are governed by the booking confirmation. Guests must use facilities responsibly; damages to rooms or fixtures will result in additional charges.

16. Photography and Videography

Balaji Farms may record its venue and events for promotional use in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Customer photographers must not interfere with venue operations or other guest safety.

17. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, brand names, and media are owned by or licensed to House of Balaji/Balaji Farms. Content may be used for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction or commercial exploitation is prohibited without written permission.
